Lately while looking for new recipes on Pinterest and Foodgawker I’ve noticed a lot of ethnic recipes that sound so very yummy! We decided that it is better (and more organized) if we tried to add a weekly digest of what we did or photographed in each category. Not all categories will appear each week, just as something interesting happens. There’s been very mixed weather lately, even though it is supposed to be spring. In the last week we’ve had very cold starts, storm clouds and now a balmy 75 degrees (F), followed by a storm around noon. Here are just a few of the morning views.   Some of the wildlife seems to have moved on. We’ve not heard the woodpecker for a few days, the Red Cardinal keeps making an appearance and the big heron hasn’t been around for a while.
